
Update
So since last summer I failed pretty much. And I gained even more weight.
But now I want to stop it. I want to lose weight, I want to lose 20kg and I want to lose it now.
I will start to write a food Diary to see what kind of food I eat, which isn’t nessecary. And I will practise more.
I also printed a few sheets about healthy food. I want to know it better. Even though I just could go to my aunt she is dr. of nutrition sience.
